Sivan Askayo is an editorial and commercial photographer specializing in Travel, Food, Portraits and Lifestyle.

She splits her time between Tel Aviv and New York, where she is constantly involved with the Photography scene.

When not shooting on assignment, she loves to capture the local Street Art scene and some hanging laundry for her fine art project Intimacy under the Wires.

"My personal laundry project begun with a random shot I took in Jaffa, one friday afternoon on April 2010. Weeks later I was in London and Barcelona and randomly captured few more shots of laundry drying in the sun. Few months later Phaidon UK wrote about my project and gave it the name 'Intimacy under the Wires'."
